Project Estimate

Contract & Payment

Upon approving the estimate, we will provide you with a contract to secure your project. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly request a 50% deposit at the time of signing the contract, with the remaining 50% balance due upon completion of the project.

Design Proposal
When we have received the signed contract and 50% of the project payment, we’ll create a design proposal tailored specifically to you. We’ll include sketches or mockups and collaborate with you to refine the design to ensure it perfectly aligns with your vision.

Approval & Finalization
After any necessary revisions, we’ll get your approval on the final design. Once you’re completely satisfied, we’ll finalize the details, including timelines, so you know exactly what to expect.

Creation & Installation
With your approval in hand, we‘ll get right to work! Whether it’s hand-lettering a calligraphy piece, painting a custom window design, or crafting a chalkboard artwork, we put our full creative energy into bringing your project to life with precision and care. Upon determining the most suitable approach for your project, we will either arrange a convenient on-site installation appointment tailored to your schedule or coordinate delivery and shipping options based on your specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience from concept to completion.

Follow-Up
We’ll check in after your piece is in place to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Upon the successful completion of your project, we kindly request that you finalize the payment process by settling the remaining balance. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re always here if you need any adjustments or future projects.
